My kids and hubby LOVE all of the food in The Plan Cookbook. My husband isn’t even doing The Plan officially but had lost over 20 pounds and his cholesterol is down 30 points. Best of all? My son asked for the gluten free apple streusel for his birthday party!

The Plan was a lifesaver! I was at risk for Type 2 diabetes and my cholesterol was 246 and triglycerides were 194. Since starting The Plan I have lost 66 pounds and my husband has lost 83 lbs. My cholesterol is down to 163 and my triglycerides are 112. I feel good enough to exercise and my joint pain has gone away. We love the food so much, this doesn’t even feel like a diet! My favorites are the gluten free blueberry muffins, the huevos rancheros and  lamb sliders with cucumber kim chi. I know this has saved me from a lifetime of taking medications!

My 6- and 9-year-old boys helped pack their lunch today. At least half of the items THEY choose were from The Plan Cookbook. I love how eating healthy is not just helping me feel better, but is affecting my family in positive ways as well.

During the cleanse I doubled the recipes to share with my husband and kids if they were feeling brave. (Might not have needed to double. Wow that’s a lot of food!) My 9 year old boy and his buddy walked in and said “What are you cooking? Smells like Indian food…. Smells GOOD!” and my husband wanted to take some to work for his lunch. Pretty awesome.

On the second day of the cleanse,  my husband wanted some of the food I made. Pretty cool. He ate it all and said “Yeah, it’s good.” Who hoo!
My health is important but getting my husband and the kids on board to better health as well!

I want to say thank you. There are so many weight loss products and diets out there and The Plan is not about making money or tricking people into a crash diet that will be effective until you stop following its directions. If you commit, The Plan changes the way you eat and enjoy food so that it is a realistic lifestyle to adopt. Thank you for writing a book that gives people a plan to truly know their body and state of health. Knowing I can eat the foods I love (like cheese, chocolate, cereal and chips) on a regular basis and still lose weight is sort of unbelievable. Not only that, but because of The Plan, I can still enjoy those foods that aren’t as friendly as long as I work them into my plan and return to my friendly foods to give my inflamed body I break. A million times, thank you. I am on my way to my goal weight and can’t wait to get there.
